UMO Moodle Scheduled Maintenance

Attention all users:

Monthly maintenance window: the second Tuesday of each month, we will conduct maintenance on Moodle from 4:00 - 6:00am ET.

During that time the Moodle site may be unavailable


Scheduled network maintenance will take place between 10:00pm and 2:00am  every Tuesday night.

During this maintenance period network services will be down randomly including servers and items such as our connection to the internet.

Please refrain from submitting any help desk tickets associated with problems during these times.

When you cannot remember your password or your password has expired.
Go to MYUMO>Quick links> Password Self-Service
Select the “Password Issues” button, input your username then select Reset forgotten or expired password”


Your password expires every 90 days

If you cannot login to Moodle or MyUMO
YOUR PASSWORD MAY HAVE EXPIRED

 Sign in to MyUMO first!
 Then click on the Moodle link in Quicklinks area of MyUMO.
